The dyeing temperature is generally around 130°C, and the dye enters the interior of the polyester fiber through diffusion at high temperature to ensure the uniformity and depth of the color.

Disperse dye dyeing: Disperse dye is the most commonly used dye for polyester. This type of dye has small molecules and can penetrate into the polyester fiber structure at high temperature, making the color adhere firmly and highly washable, suitable for bright and light color dyeing, such as pink, red, etc.

Dye pH adjustment: The dyeing effect of polyester is sensitive to the pH value of the dye solution, and it is usually dyed in a weakly acidic environment. By adjusting the pH value of the dye solution, the dye uptake and dyeing uniformity can be affected.

It has excellent color fastness and good dyeing uniformity, and is particularly suitable for mass production of polyester yarns of specific colors.

Finishing process: After dyeing, polyester DTY yarn may also need to undergo finishing processes such as antistatic and softener treatment to improve the feel and anti-pilling performance, while enhancing the color gloss after dyeing.
